Our annual tulip sales help fund many projects that we do in our local & global community. Locally we provide dictionaries for every 3rd grade student in the La Conner School District, we provide backpacks for several students every Friday with food for the weekend, we provide scholarships for local graduating high school seniors and will be expanding to a scholarship for a second year student. On the international level we are a partner in a International Project Alliance with 10 other Rotary Clubs doing clean water & sanitation projects as well as the adoption of six schools in Copan, Honduras. We promote literacy, health initiatives, clean water and the final eradication of polio in the world!
